Vibrocomp in KSA Awarded Fugitive Emission Study for ACWA Yanbu Green Ammonia Project

Posted on 2026.03.10.

Vibrocomp has been awarded a new contract to carry out a fugitive emission study for the ACWA Yanbu Green Ammonia Project.

Located in Yanbu, the project is part of a new generation of large-scale green ammonia developments supporting the global transition toward low-carbon energy systems. The facility is expected to play a key role in the production of green ammonia using renewable energy sources, contributing to decarbonisation efforts in both regional and international markets.

As part of the assignment, Vibrocomp will assess potential fugitive emissions associated with process equipment, storage systems, and transfer operations. The study will involve the identification and quantification of emission sources, dispersion modelling, and evaluation against applicable environmental standards and project-specific requirements.

The work will support environmental permitting and design optimisation by providing a clear understanding of emission pathways and potential impacts. Advanced modelling techniques and international best practices will be applied to ensure accurate and reliable results for stakeholders.

This award further expands Vibrocomp’s involvement in sustainable industrial developments and reinforces its expertise in air quality and emission modelling within the energy sector.

Through its contribution to the Yanbu Green Ammonia Project, Vibrocomp continues to support innovative solutions that align with global climate and sustainability objectives.

Vibrocomp in Vietnam Awarded Noise Modelling Contract for Su Trang Phase 2B Project in Vietnam
